Q.  How long will a quote remain firm?

A.  If it includes bought-in items such as print, packaging and courier/postal services, 3 months, and if it doesn't, then 6 months.

Q.  Do you sub-contract?

A.  No, all fulfilment work is undertaken on our premises.

Q.  Are your staff permanently employed?

A.  Yes, we don’t use casual labour.

Q.  Do you only open set hours?

A.  No, if a deadline needs to be met, we can normally find a way.

Q.  How experienced are your staff?

A.  Very, with a third having been here for over 20 years and a similar number around 10 years. It must be a good place to work!

Q.  Are my goods safe?

A.  With fire and intruder alarms plus security patrols we haven’t had a break-in since the business was formed in 1989.
