THE YEAR AHEAD

With all the uncertainty in the economy it’s good to know that TVP will be delivering the same consistently high level of service that you’ve all been used to.

Feedback is always welcome, we’d hate to get complacent.

RETIRING

Roy our Production Manager for over 20 years has finally decided to hang up his boots and “Go Fishing”. He has made the department what it is today, consistently meeting deadlines and even more importantly finishing the job to the highest of standards.

Neil Sheffield is replacing Roy and he knows that he has a lot to live up to but with his considerable experience and our full support it will be service as usual.

STOCK CHECKS

It’s no good using any old warehousing operation if when you order your stock the computer says it’s there but nobody can find it. Was it booked in correctly, have all the stock adjustments been made or is it just lost in the warehouse. Whatever the answer you don’t need that level of service.

That’s why at TVP we have a designated picking area, quarterly physical stock checks and the orders are checked when they’re put on the system and when they’re despatched.

Yes we run a tidy ship.

TAXI

A client of ours in London needs some brochures delivered to their office as well as to the Earls Court Exhibition Centre, all on the same day.

At their suggestion we’ll go to their office first, drop them off, collect our client, who has to set up the stand at Earls Court and then drop her off there with the brochures.

Talk about a close working relationship.
